Location
The Contracts Manager Position with the Office of Strategic Sourcing has two reporting location options: Atlanta and Athens. Periodic travel to the alternate location is expected.

Job Summary
The Sourcing and Contracting Manager assists in developing and managing system-wide contracts, with knowledge of procurement rules and construction guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop solicitations for system-wide agreements.
- Manage evaluations, negotiations, and awards for public works sourcing events.
- Administer contracts, including renewals and amendments.
- Communicate contract updates and provide training.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve issues.
- Conduct annual evaluations and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Supervise staff and manage sourcing events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Over three years of experience in professional procurement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Georgia Certified Procurement Manager (GCPM).
- RFP and Negotiations Certifications.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Proposed Salary
$91,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plans.
