Shift: 1st Shift, hours to be determined, M-F
Consider a career in the Metal Finishing/Plating industry! Manufacturing is essential for the overall economic health of our country. Join us in finishing critical parts for various sectors including medical, aeronautics, and military applications.
Position Purpose: Responsible for entering customer orders, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves accurately entering orders and resolving issues that arise during the order process. Serve as primary liaison between our customers and The Lindgren Group, working with all internal departments to ensure timely handling of customer requests.
Duties:
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
- Support outside sales representatives with information regarding their assigned sales areas.
- Assist with unique or special handling or shipping requirements from outside customers.
- Understand and back up the timely and accurate billing of products and services.
- Research credits and work with internal departments for resolutions.
- Cross train as backup for customer service personnel in various roles.
- Handle inside sales with direct account responsibility.
- Conduct contract and price reviews as required.
- Enter customer purchase orders into the computer system.
- Ensure accurate translation of finishing specs to production paperwork.
- Match purchase orders with paperwork from completed jobs for proper billing.
- Other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Skills Required:
- High School diploma or GED; Associates degree or technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in the plating field preferred.
- CEF/NASF certification preferred.
- Ability to maintain a reliable attendance record.
- Fluency in English.
- US citizenship or work authorization required.
- Ability to read a ruler/tape measure and analog clock.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and accurately complete paperwork.
- Strong math skills.
- Experience with quality systems processes and procedures required.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills.

Shift & Wage:
1st Shift: Hours to be determined, Monday-Friday + OT as needed. $24.00/hour
Signing Bonus: $1500 (current employees not eligible).
