The Opportunity
As part of the Workday Finance team you are expected to lead the Workday Record to Report workstream while having experience with at least three successful Workday implementations. As a Manager you are responsible for leading teams and managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining top standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and principles in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Additionally, you are expected to gather business requirements through facilitating discovery and design workshops and manage touchpoints with related Workday functional modules.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years of Workday product experience
  • Workday Services functional certification and/or engagement manager certification

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
  • Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Record to Report and/or Engagement Manager certification
  • Leading Workday Record to Report workstream with three successful implementations
  • Facilitating discovery and design workshops
  • Translating business requirements into configuration elements
  • Providing recommendations based on leading practices
  • Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules
  • Building and utilizing networks of client relationships
  • Supervising teams and providing feedback
