Adjacent to the Sacramento Convention Center, our venues are designed for impactful meetings. Our guests can host functions in over 27,000 square feet with advanced audiovisual support and catering services.

The Event Sales Coordinator services events and supports the events team. This position works closely with Event Sales Managers in contract negotiations and servicing accounts. Duties include Banquet Food, Beverage, and Setup management, contract review, and post-event communication with hotel staff to ensure high service levels. The role also involves hosting site inspections, participating in event meetings, and supporting Event Planning Managers with group resumes, reservation changes, and processing World of Hyatt points.

This is an hourly position with a compensation of $26.01 per hour.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in general computer knowledge
• Prefer a four-year hospitality degree or equivalent experience
• Prefer 18 months hotel experience
