- During training, the hourly rate is $14 until successfully passing the lifeguard course.
Joining our Dorney Park team means you'll keep guests safe at our pools in our Wildwater Kingdom Waterpark.

- Earn a PAID lifeguard license.
- Monitor and enforce the waterpark rules in our pools, slides, and lazy rivers.
- Receive continuous in-service training and lifesaving skills.
- Learn to properly use and store rescue equipment that can be utilized in real world scenarios.
