Job SummaryWe are urgently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our Tampa, FL office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring they receive a positive and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.


• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.


• Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain office calendars.


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.


• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.


• Coordinate with other departments to support office operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
