Babysitter

Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.

We are currently looking for a Babysitter in Olathe, KS (66061).

A wonderful family in Olathe is looking for an occasional babysitter for their active and outgoing 2 year old son. Care will be on an as-needed basis when the child is unable to attend his regular daycare center. An ideal candidate will be energetic and experienced with toddler care, along with having a hands-on approach to childcare.

Schedule:

• Occasional/as-needed (no guaranteed hours)
• Weekdays between 10am - 7:30pm
• Family will provide as much notice as possible for scheduled daycare closures (some last minute needs may arise)
• Start date: ASAP
• End Date: Long Term
• 1 child: 2 years old
• Rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of toddler care for 1 child
• Engaging and age appropriate activities
• Meals and snacks, as needed
• Tidying after the child

Requirements:

• 2+ years of paid, professional toddler care experience
• Driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• CPR certified or willing to become certified
• Comfortable with family’s cat and black lab in the home

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour
