Job Description

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing will oversee the company’s promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and full brand awareness. The responsibilities include developing an overall marketing plan, budgeting approving campaigns and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing team members and their day-to-day responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing marketing efforts (Spam, GDPR, and private customer information.
• Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
• Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective
• Research competitors to stay current with similar services, and marketing plans and launches in the market
• Work with sales, merchandising and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
• Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
• Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
• Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards
• Work with our Partners at ASI and Sage on paid for placement campaigns
• Public Relations – Assure that proper information is produced for press releases along with distribution to the proper channels PPAI ASI
• Ensure the leverage social media search engine optimization and other tactics to promote Prime Line products and services

• Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition
• Ability to lead groups and be decisive
• Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies
• Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them
• Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO
  
  

Key Marketing Partners Needed Within The Company

• ECommerce/Web Lead - Website, SEO traffic, and works closely with the Paid Media agency
• Technology Lead – Email platform build out. Depending on the complexity of the campaigns.
• Analytics - Data analysis for financials as well as some marketing campaign analysis
• Merchandising - New product selection, how to position
• Events – Work with Sales on tradeshows and events from a branding perspective
• Sales - Understand our customers and what's selling Outsource – Paid Media Management
