As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with our operations team, subcontractors, and clients to create seamless project experiences while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule crews, materials, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project tracking, budgeting, and reporting using LMN and QuickBooks.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and the operations team to provide project updates.
  • Proactively identify and resolve job site challenges while maintaining project timelines.
  • Ensure all work adheres to company safety policies, state regulations, and high-quality standards.
  • Conduct final walkthroughs and punch lists to guarantee client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in high-end residential builds.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in project management software (experience with LMN, QuickBooks, and Company Cam is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use).
