The Marketing Project Coordinator will oversee all signage, handout, and print material projects to support our locations, ensuring all requests are managed effectively, vendors are held accountable, and we receive optimal pricing. This role focuses on coordinating marketing support for new and existing locations while streamlining signage and print processes to meet business needs.

Crew's Expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, vendor management, or marketing support roles.
• Experience managing signage, print materials, and vendor relationships preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow or similar request management platforms.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and optimize processes.
