- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills, including typing, navigation, and software applications.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Familiarity with helpdesk or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Certification in customer service.
- Flexible scheduling, including part-time and full-time options.
