Hiring Range: $67,500 to $76,500 annually

- Meets requirements for a Qualified Professional which are:
- Master’s degree in a human services or related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year supervised clinical experience working with children and families; or
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years’ experience with the current population; or
- Bachelor’s degree in a non-human services field and four years’ experience with the current population.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience within child welfare or mental health required (foster care, residential or group care living program, clinicians).
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing care management, case management, or care coordination to the population being served.
- TIPS/MAPP and Deciding Together certification is a plus.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

As the Director of Bridging Families - Avery County Region, your responsibilities will include:
- Program Oversight/Operations: Lead the Bridging Families program, ensuring high-quality care and team effectiveness in the Smoky Mountain region.
- Personnel Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement long-term goals for the program.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor program progress against key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvements.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure that policies and procedures are followed and that staff is trained on all updates.
- Budget Management: Work with senior leadership to manage budgets and ensure financial health of the program.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with community organizations, partners, and stakeholders.
- Training & Development: Design and implement staff training programs to enhance service delivery and professional development.
- Crisis & Clinical Support: Provide on-call consultation and clinical support during crises, ensuring comprehensive service plans.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure smooth program operation and integration.
