Payment Poster

Practice Resources, LLC (PRL) is seeking a fully remote Payment Poster. PRL is a premier medical billing and practice management company that provides billing, coding, credentialing, information technology, administrative and human resources support services to health care professionals. Pay range for this position is $15.50-$24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Post all insurance payments received, including EFT's, Lockbox, and manual payments.
• Post all credit card and Lockbox personal payments.
• Post all Zeropay remits.
• Review all exceptions/denials during posting and take the appropriate write-offs when necessary.
• Responsible for reviewing the approved and expected amounts for fee schedules and notify supervisors/managers with discrepancies.
• Utilize knowledge of Explanation of Benefits received via paper to apply the payments that have already been posted as credits.
• Confirm payments in Payspan and Navicure.
