As a Precision Tune-up Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residential and commercial customers receive top-notch service and maintenance on their HVAC systems. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Perform maintenance on HVAC systems, including heat pumps, AC units, gas furnaces, and more.
• Present findings and maintenance options to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory on service vehicles, ensuring they remain clean and organized.
• Communicate promptly with the office following each call, providing necessary job details and obtaining the next assignment.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in every customer's home.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the HVAC industry.
• Certification: EPA certification is a plus.
• Skills: Well-groomed, articulate, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing jobs right the first time.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks associated with HVAC maintenance.
• License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to make customers feel comfortable and informed.

Schedule
