Elder Research is growing and understands that hiring the best talent is critical to our success. We are seeking a Part-Time Technical Recruiter to help our Talent Acquisition team source and recruit cleared technical professionals for government contractor roles. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, results oriented, and has experience recruiting for cleared technical professions. The selected recruiter can expect to consistently work 25 hours per week. There may be the possibility of transitioning to a full-time employee dependent upon Elder Researchs future hiring needs.

Position Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their job requirements and establish recruiting strategies for cleared technical roles.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other innovative recruiting channels to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and technical team members.
- Maintain and manage candidate data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of cleared technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Create and post job openings, ensuring that job descriptions are accurate, engaging, and compliant with company and client requirements.
- Leverage cleared sourcing experience to identify and engage candidates with security clearances.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and cleared government contracting recruitment practices.
- Participate in occasional recruitment events and job fairs to promote our employer brand and grow our candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives when required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and maintain strong hiring manager and candidate relationships.
- Familiarity using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as ClearCo or other similar systems.
- Familiarity using job boards and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, or similar.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques to include leveraging social media and Boolean searches.
- Cleared sourcing and networking experience.
- Experience recruiting cleared government contractors and knowledge of the unique requirements and challenges of the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of cleared, technical, full lifecycle recruiting experience within the government contracting sector.
