Dental Patient Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Patient Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Sage Dental’s commitment to exceptional patient care. This position serves as a liaison between patients, dental office teams, and doctors to address and resolve patient concerns. This is not a remote position - it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.

• Support Sage Dental doctors, dental office teams and patients as liaison for patient concerns.
• Receive, investigate and respond to patient concerns and inquiries via telephone, email, social media, BBB or internal communications.
• Coordinate with Sage Dental’s Clinical Director and Director of Healthcare Privacy and Quality Assurance, to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.
• Document communications using Sage Dental’s intranet programs.
• Conducts assessment of patient issues to identify trends.
• Provide quarterly reports of documented communications to Clinical Director and Directors of Market Operations.
• Assist in providing requested patient records for insurance grievances.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related dental experience. In lieu of degree, 4+ years of dental office or management experience.
• Experience in multi-practice dental organization is preferred.
