Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing marketing plans to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the companys social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Development: Work on brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistent and compelling communication.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand reach and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mental health care and technology.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about driving social impact through innovative solutions.
