Director of Treasury and Finance

The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) in Ontario, California, is seeking a Director of Treasury and Finance to lead the Finance Division. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this critical role oversees capital budgeting, treasury functions, and financial analysis. The Director will play a key part in driving innovation and ensuring the financial sustainability of Ontario International Airport. The role requires collaboration with staff, stakeholders, and board members to deliver accurate, reliable financial insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Lead capital budgeting and financial analysis for large-scale projects.
2. Oversee treasury functions, including investments, cash flow, and project financing.
3. Manage the development of financial forecasts, reports, and presentations.
4. Ensure compliance with GAAP, GASB, and other reporting standards.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategies and goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Any combination of education, training, and experience that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform in the position.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in airport or transportation finance.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial management, and treasury operations.
• Experience with commercial airports and appointed boards or elected officials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $146,260-$180,250. A starting salary above the mid-point is achievable for the exceptional candidate and will be dependent upon experience. ONT offers an attractive benefits package and will assist with relocation costs.
