Corporate Legal Intern

As a Corporate Legal Intern, you won't be fetching coffee - you'll be right at the heart of our legal operations, collaborating side by side with our General Counsel and other members of the legal department. Our Corporate Legal Interns work an average of 10 hours per week (up to 40 during school breaks) on research projects, contract administration and other legal projects as needed. This is NOT a remote position.

• Curate and Organize Corporate Records Ensure the meticulous upkeep of essential corporate records and take charge of overseeing the documentation of our legal entities.

• Enrolled in law school as a second or third year student.

$16-17 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position.
