Are you ready to dive into the world of corporate law and make a real impact? Care Hospice is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Legal Intern to join our legal team and embark on a journey that will sharpen your skills, expand your horizons, and set your career in motion.

As a Corporate Legal Intern, you won't be fetching coffee - you'll be right at the heart of our legal operations, collaborating side by side with our General Counsel and other members of the legal department. Our Corporate Legal Interns work an average of 10 hours per week (up to 40 during school breaks) on research projects, contract administration and other legal projects as needed. This is NOT a remote position.

  • Curate and Organize Corporate Records Ensure the meticulous upkeep of essential corporate records and take charge of overseeing the documentation of our legal entities.
  • Facilitate Regulatory Compliance Champion the cause of regulatory adherence by not only assisting in filing and reporting but also by enhancing the efficiency of sharing corporate legal insights.
  • Conduct In-Depth Legal and Factual Research Dive deep into the legal realm when required, delving into thorough research.
  • Revamp and Streamline Processes Harness your innovation to revamp and refine our existing procedures for the management and reporting of crucial legal and regulatory data.
  • Embrace Miscellaneous Legal Challenges Embrace any other legal and regulatory responsibilities that align with your skillset and expertise, contributing to the holistic success of our legal endeavors.
  • Enrolled in law school as a second or third year student.
  • Exceptional academic credentials, strong writing skills, and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, prioritizing, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.


$16-17 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
