This essential position involves performing the day-to-day responsibilities in the following areas
The successful candidate must be extremely detail oriented, adaptable, reliable and customer focused. The ability to multi-task, maintain strict confidentiality, function effectively in a team environment as well as independently, work effectively with a highly diverse customer group, and demonstrate basic problem-solving skills is essential. Must have excellent computer (MS Office Suite), communication and organizational skills.
Experience with an HRIS or payroll system (especially ADP) and with previous data entry experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in a biomedical research, university, or non-profit setting a plus.
Monday and Tuesday mornings strongly preferred. Flexible options available between Monday through Friday from 800 am to 500 pm.

- HRIS entry
- Running and distributing various reports
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Submitting background checks
- Processing new hires,
- Tracking review forms and other data
- Acting as department assistant backup
- Answering phones
- Providing general customer service
- Verifying and maintaining I-9 documentation.
- Acting as a positive OMRF ambassador
- Our new teammate may also provide project assistance, offer recommendations for processes, and perform other duties as assigned.
