The salary range for this position is $22.67- $31.73 per hour with a hiring range of $22.67 - $27.20, depending on qualifications and experience.

Essential Functions
- Responds to customer service requests by prioritizing and dispatching service requests to available technicians.
- Rebalances work as necessary to ensure on-time arrival and consistent work distribution, maximizing technician productivity and efficiency by utilizing designated workforce management system or software.
- Coordinates schedule updates as they impact day of routing and monitor the location of technicians and their utilization.
- Uses company technology, support tools, and contact systems to the fullest potential and as outlined by established business processes/protocol.
- Communicates proactively with field personnel and external customers with the goal of preventing escalations and improving the customer experience.
- Communicate ideas and make verbal and written recommendations to management and staff to improve employee safety and productivity.
- Triages customer service issues to determine how to appropriately dispatch available technicians.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School graduate or GED required.
- 1 year experience in a dispatching or customer support environment required.
- 1 year experience involving high touch customer service and public contact preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must possess superior customer service skills, the ability to make sound judgements, be capable of innovative problem solving and exhibit patience and understanding when dealing with stressful situations.
- Well versed with Workforce Management and Trouble Ticketing or Incident Management systems
- Technical, analytical, and communication, and teamwork skills
- Analyze data, solve problems, and develop logical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks with frequent interruption.
- Frequent minimal physical effort typically found in clerical work. Primarily sedentary, may occasionally lift and carry light objects. Walking and/or standing as needed and minimal.
- Frequent exposure to routine office noise and equipment.
- Occasional exposure to hazards typically found in general office environments where there is rarely to no exposure to injury or accident.
