Part-Time Office Administrator

Location: Downtown Portland (Parking Provided)

Hours: 15-20 hours/week

Pay: $25/hour

Our client is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to manage day-to-day tasks with a hybrid schedule. This role is perfect for someone great with people, highly organized and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mail & Finance: Sort mail, prepare and deposit checks.
  • Organization: Manage both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Event Planning: Assist in coordinating company events like holiday parties.
  • Procurement: Handle office supply orders and inventory.
  • Onboarding: Help onboard new employees.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with cleaning services and vendors.
  • Admin Support: Provide general administrative help as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous admin experience preferred.
