Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, designers, and industry professionals.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from client engagement to contract finalization.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Track, analyze, and leverage market trends and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Ensure every client interaction aligns with our brand's commitment to excellence and luxury service.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end residential remodeling, luxury real estate, or related industries.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and build strong client relationships.
- Leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of design, construction processes, and luxury market trends.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Competitive base salary + commission structure (potential earnings of $150,000 - $200,000).
