Job Name: Temporary Data Entry Services (3 month assignment)
Job Reports To: Associate Director, NASBA International Evaluation Services
Department: NASBA International Evaluation Services (NIES)
FLSA Status: Managed Staff
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. in the Nashville office / 29 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour / paid parking on workdays only / no benefits
Responsibilities
The Data Entry Services position supports the NIES unit for the CPA examination and CPA licensing. The position must follow specific procedures in performing all duties related to business operations. This position assumes responsibility for assisting the many auxiliary tasks of the international credential evaluator.
Position Requirements
- Input data from candidate education documents using Microsoft Excel or other software, as directed/trained.
- Display basic problem solving and analytical skills.
- Protect organization's values by keeping customers’ personally identifiable information (PII) confidential.
- Adhere to all documented policies and procedures.
- Work well under pressure and consistently meet established work timelines.
- Maintain exceptional customer service with all contacts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Functional Relationships
Internal Customer: CPA Examination Services and related internal staff.
External Customers: Boards of Accountancy
