We are currently in search of a Fundraising Manager for New England for an International Jewish Advocacy Organization. The position is hybrid, based in Boston, MA. This is a permanent, full-time position.

POSITION TITLE: Fundraising Manager, New England

SALARY: $80k-$95k/year
Is This Your Dream Job? The Fundraising Manager will report to the Senior Regional Director for New England and will play a vital role in growing the organization’s lay leadership ranks, raising operating funds, and facilitating political donation.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising and donor relations required
- Passion, understanding, and commitment to the organization’s mission required
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with donors required
- Ability to identify and acquire new sources of funding required
- Strong understanding of the political and Jewish communal landscape required
- 15% travel required
How You Will Spend Your Day:
Development:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with current donors to increase support.
- Identify and research new funding sources.
- Foster long-term growth through multi-year and planned-giving.
- Organize high-impact donor events to raise funds and expand the organization’s leadership network.
Relationship Steward:
- Identify and empower leaders in key cities to advance the organization’s mission.
- Engage lay leaders in advocacy, political efforts, and organizing within the Jewish community.
Chapter Stewardship:
- Build the capacity of New England chapters to expand local impact.
- Work with chapter leaders to create a supportive community and organize strategic programming that aligns with organizational goals.
