Job Summary:

Responsibilites:
- Apply paint and coatings to shutters using a spray gun.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including some sanding and using spray fill.
- Mix paints and additives to achieve desired drying properties and finish.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- 2+ years of experience as a commercial painter
- Proficiency in using a spray gun and other painting equipment
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to lift heavy shutters up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
