COMC is looking to hire an accomplished Human Resource Business Partner to advise and execute HR programs for their functional client group of Corporate & Technology. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide quality advice and consultative services to leaders and individual contributors regarding Human Resources programs and services including talent acquisition, leadership development, change management, career development, succession planning, talent reviews, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, HR operations, compensation, compliance and company sponsored programs.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced HR professional who has a strong background in learning and development, particularly in start-up environments, comfortable leading through ambiguity, and navigating change with a high degree of confidence within the HR discipline.

- Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and leverage technology to improve efficiency, train, and innovate
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness
- Design impactful methods to showcase brand stories and highlight opportunities to strengthen our employer brand to attract top talent
- Provide training and resources for hiring managers to ensure best practices in recruitment and interviewing techniques
- Manage all HR related duties for the assigned client group including policies and procedures, leadership skills and development, performance management, safety and terminations
- Consult with assigned employees and managers to provide effective employee relations and performance improvement support, to include leading investigations, writing investigatory reports, providing appropriate recommendations, and developing performance improvement plans and disciplinary measures
- Ensure effective on-boarding of new associates to include partnership with business leaders to provide effective and appropriate training and team integration
- Administer and provide coaching to business leaders in managing engagement survey results and developing meaningful and effective action plans to improve engagement results
- Analyze leading indicators of human capital metrics and develop action plans in alignment with management to reduce attrition, enhance performance, and enable strong employee engagement
- Regularly follow up with leaders to review and update job descriptions to ensure they reflect current business needs and align with organizational structures
- Utilizes data to build insights into key trends and problem solves to bring resolutions that meet employee and business needs
- Partners with other departments and COE HR team members (Benefits & Compensation, Payroll) acting as a point of contact and liaison with supported groups to deliver cyclical and robust HR services
- Provides project management expertise through the initiation, management and driving of strategic projects and initiatives and change management
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements for employers, and suggests updates needed, to remain compliant for policies such as I-9, WOTC, privacy, minimum pay and the Employee Handbook.

Job Qualifications
- 5-10 years of talent acquisition and overall HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth start up or similar environment.
- Proven ability to scale recruitment efforts, optimize processes, and enhance candidate experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity interfacing and supporting Product, Engineering and Corporate roles.
- Experience with CRM, ATS, HRIS platforms, and data analytics tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field of study.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, complete with advanced time management, decision making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of Emotional Intelligence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working with cross-functional, matrixed, & geographically dispersed teams.
- Must be an energetic self-starter with a “hands on” approach that enjoys developing process or procedures.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change while achieving targeted goals.
- Experience with Paycom, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong analytical, presentation and Excel skills
