Business Support Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at Castle Douglas Community Hospital as business support assistant.

Day to day duties would include: an element of reception cover, fielding telephone calls, preparing casenotes for scanning, inputting SSTS / e-rostering, stores ordering, assisting senior charge nurse with typing letters and reports, managing room bookings, general admin tasks, maintaining financial records / cash handling and banking, supporting MDT within the community hospital, recording admission and discharge statistics using in house system and record keeping.

You will be part of a team of who provide a very important and high-quality standard service. You will be working within a high performing, creative and supportive environment.

You Should Have

• Excellent communications skills
• High level of computer skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and during emergency situations.
  
  

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic, proactive attitude and are able to demonstrate a record of successful delivery.
