FULL TIME UNIVERSAL BANKER/TELLER:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Universal Banker/Teller to join our Liberty, MO branch. This role combines the duties of a teller and a personal banker, ensuring a seamless banking experience for clients. Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred but not required.

• Provide personalized service by greeting customers and understanding their financial needs.
• Assist customers with opening new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRA, etc.).
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions, including mobile apps and online banking.
• Perform duties related to teller operations, such as cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check processing. Ensure cash drawer and vault is balanced daily, issues Cashier’s Checks, and prepare wire transfers and Currency Transaction Reports (CTR).
• Assist in fraud prevention detection by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance to company policies, bank regulations and department procedures.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
