About the Role:

We are seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and establish the processes for data analysis at Trend. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is excited to build and optimize the function. They will take our existing data, identify key trends, and create actionable insights that will help optimize our pricing strategies, client performance metrics, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data analysis processes and reporting frameworks.
• Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources (marketing campaigns, sales data, operational data, etc.).
• Identify key trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions and improve client outcomes.
• Design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards to enhance data visualization and insights to present data findings clearly and meaningfully.
• Collaborate with leadership, account managers, and other departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate and recommend data tools, platforms, and software to enhance Trend’s data capabilities.
• Establish best practices for data governance, accuracy, and reporting consistency.
• Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an accessible manner.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recent graduates in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or similar and/or those with work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, advertising, or agency settings is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in an environment where processes are still being developed.
