About the Team

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive the strategic people agenda across our rapidly evolving business. This role involves shaping and executing HR strategies that support organizational growth and enhance leadership capabilities. A hybrid work schedule requires employees to work in the office 4 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide coaching to leaders on talent assessment, succession planning, and building high-performing teams.
• Lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues in collaboration with Employee Relations and Legal teams.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and business restructuring initiatives.
• Oversee the full-cycle performance management process.
• Implement scalable, high-impact HR programs that foster growth and employee engagement.
• Leverage data and analytics for informed decision-making and process optimization.
• Collaborate with HR peers to implement integrated solutions supporting business strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent HR experience.
• 5+ years in Human Resources with leadership experience.
• Experience in talent management and organizational design in high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of implementing impactful HR programs.
• Expertise in data analysis tools for strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Analytical skills with a background in mathematics and data analysis.
• Experience supporting engineering or R&D teams in a tech environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in a multi-cultural, global organization.
• Business proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $124800 - $280800 annually. Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. Employees receive access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off. Benefits may vary by employment nature and location.
