Outcomes
The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes the first year in the position:
Promote enterprise-wide, transparency and visibility into continued US Space Force change implementation and integration efforts. Provide direct support to the Director of Organizational Change Management, Director of Staff, and Vice Chief of Space Operations, as needed, to advise senior leader decision making on force management integration efforts. These include, but are not limited to, USSF force design updates and recommendations, service-wide force integration efforts, as well as decision support and analysis for the HQSF POM submission.

Outcomes
The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes the first year in the position:
- Support the US Space Force Director of Staff. Architecting and leading projects on a variety of topics of strategic importance to the Space Force, advising senior leaders on the progress, coordination efforts, and preparing and briefing final products.
- Work across the Headquarters Space Force (HQSF) US Code Title 10 service functions facilitating the Space Force’s, organizational design, structure, and resources alignment with functional requirements, and developing options that would improve alignment and functional performance.
- Perform accurate, high quality, and timely work which leads to positive Government review rating.

Qualifications
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Secret security clearance
- Master's degree in an associated technical or line of business discipline
- Over eighteen (18) years of progressive experience in high-level technical and organizational support services
- Top Secret clearance
- US Space Force, US Air Force, or other US military service force management schooling and experience
- Experience supporting Headquarters-level organizational change efforts for the US Space Force, US Air Force or other US military service
- Uniformed service in the Headquarters, US Space Force, US Air Force, or other US military service staff
- Experience working in the Pentagon
