This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop skills in Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, and BrightEdge while contributing to real-world marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing HubSpot and Salesforce for email campaigns, lead tracking, and automation
- Support WordPress content updates, blog postings, and website optimizations
- Conduct SEO research and reporting using BrightEdge, identifying opportunities for organic growth
- Help create and schedule marketing emails, newsletters, and automated workflows
- Assist in tracking campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and generating reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, social media strategy, and digital advertising
- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases to ensure data accuracy
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, and BrightEdge (training will be provided, but familiarity is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve marketing efforts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Hands-on experience with industry-leading marketing tools and platforms
- Exposure to SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies
