Summary
Meta Reality Labs (RL) is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Creative Lead to join the Developer Ecosystem organization. This role requires a hands-on approach to asset development, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support key events, content launches, and updates for our developer ecosystem. You will guide creative direction, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and be instrumental in building impactful strategy and storytelling documents for key stakeholders, including supporting internal teams by building key assets for Growth and Programs. Your goal will be to enable a successful developer ecosystem by ensuring our delivered creative services bring value for both our developer partners and cross functional teams, while collaborating with Product Marketing, Programs, Scaled Partnerships, Growth, Store, and other teams to ensure a measurable and coordinated outcome.

Required Skills
Program Manager, Creative Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute hands-on creative work, including the development of creative ideation, presentation decks, key art assets, and graphic elements across various platforms, both on behalf of developers and internal teams
- Partner with developers to assist in urgent or key creative needs for content launches and updates, ensuring timely and impactful creative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional (XFN) teams to build strategy documents, storytelling frameworks, and project decks that effectively communicate business goals, creative visions, and impact
- Serve as the key point of creative contact for external agencies on behalf of our program, providing clear direction and constructive feedback to ensure the alignment of creative execution
- Direct the development of creative assets in various styles and mediums, producing sketches, prototypes, and design specifications as needed to guide creative execution
- Ensure that all creative outputs elevate the content’s unique genre, maintain high standards of quality, and meet the strategic objectives of the organization and stakeholders
- Work closely with product marketing, programs, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for brand expression and asset enhancement, aligning creative direction with broader business goals.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, breaking down complex requirements into actionable and compelling creative solutions.
- Foster an environment of high creative standards, focusing on craftsmanship, quality, and innovation in every project.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in visual design, creative direction, and interaction design, with a portfolio demonstrating work across various platforms
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as product, design, marketing, user research, and content creators
- Experience with design principles, including user experience design, digital product design, information hierarchy, and typography
- Experience managing creative development across multiple global markets, ensuring impactful creative solutions
- Skilled in representing creative work and storytelling to broad cross-functional stakeholders, articulating concepts and goals with clarity and conviction
- Capacity to flex between strategic thinking and hands-on creative execution, with a keen eye for detail and quality
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience explaining complex concepts and decisions to diverse audiences
- Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a diverse range of stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with or demonstrated interest in XR technologies or content
- Experience working directly with content creators or developers
