We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join the Cybersecurity Virtual team in our Global Digital & Cybersecurity group.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
YOUR TEAM.
This position will be part of the Security Operations Team in Cybersecurity, within the Global Digital & Cybersecurity group.
Join a global expanding team that is transforming the cybersecurity and information technology function with a comprehensive information security strategy and implementation plant that aligns with CohnReznick's business objectives and protects the firm's digital assets, client data, and reputation. The CISO leads the function that plays a crucial role in enabling CohnReznick's continued growth, digital innovation, and commitment to client trust in an increasingly complex threat landscape.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Proactive monitoring and response: analyze, investigate, respond and remediate security events (servers, security applications and devices, firewalls, antivirus, MDM, IDS/IPS, application logs, etc.); across the enterprise in an overall effort to minimize the potential for a breach of security or loss of data
- Incident Response: use and continuously enhance the incident response playbook, first responder and triage of security events, participate in investigations, documentation, and root cause analysis
- Threat intelligence gathering, synthesize threats and risks to provide read-out for stakeholders
- Perform threat hunting and vulnerability assessments as required
- Assist with pen testing and vulnerability management
- Support day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including configurations and software installation, work closely with other Digital and Technology teams, Business leaders and the Firm’s Risk and Compliance team to mitigate security related issues as required
- Demonstrate staying current on industry cybersecurity events and vulnerabilities, latest technology and best practices and how this would best apply to the Firm
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines for projects
- Assist in security auditing activities and supporting response and implementation of security controls/processes, automation and integrating security tools
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization and individuals outside of the organization
The successful candidate will have:
- Infinite curiosity, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Help desk or software development experience
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Cybersecurity, or equivalent related degree or work experience
- Cybersecurity certifications, preferred (e.g. Security+, CompTIA, Threat Analysis, vendor specific credentials, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive relevant work experience
- Requires knowledge of O365 security tools and platform
- Working knowledge of security assessment tools
- Scripting skills, data manipulation and general knowledge of Artificial Intelligence are desired
- Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
