Position Description:
The Procurement Systems & Card Operations department is seeking a Department Coordinator III to coordinate and oversee the Cardinal Card office front counter operations, including supervision of student workers to issue ID cards to students, employees, and University affiliates. Manage social media presence and assist with marketing the Cardinal Card office and services. Maintain logs and gather data for various lists and reports in Card Services. Serve as the subject matter expert for front counter operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cardinal Card Office, including issuing ID cards and managing customer accounts.
- Oversee online photo submission process and manage student worker program.
- Manage social media accounts and assist with marketing preparations for the Cardinal Card Program.
- Maintain logs and gather data for reports in Card Services.
- Act as secondary contact for 3rd party vendors and internal IT for card system infrastructure.
- Staff the HSC office during business hours, creating standard operating procedures and training programs.
- Coordinate the Meal Waiver Committee, handling member recruitment and meeting coordination.
- Perform daily deposits and reconciliations.
- Assist with new employee orientations and maintain Cardinal Card policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in systems like OnBase, Vision Database, and PeopleSoft Campus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years' experience.
- Ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
