To help deliver on this mission, we are recruiting for a Director of Talent, Culture and Organization Effectiveness to join our team to drive the culture transformation. This is a key strategic role reporting to the SVP, People, and will be part of the People Leadership Team, playing a key thought partner and change agent role.
This is a hybrid role, expected to be onsite 3 days a week in our San Jose HQ.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Development and Retention
- Oversee the development and implementation of talent programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Lead performance management initiatives to drive accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze talent trends and metrics to inform strategic workforce planning and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure alignment of talent development initiatives with the organization’s strategic priorities.
- Serve as a steward of company culture, ensuring it aligns with business goals and reflects our core values.
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies informed by data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with leaders to integrate cultural imperatives into business processes, communications, and decision-making.
- Lead organizational design and change management efforts to enhance agility and scalability.
- Partner with senior leadership to assess and optimize team structures, roles, and processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Establish key metrics and evaluation methods to measure organizational health and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee engagement.
- Oversee messaging for key internal announcements, ensuring clarity, alignment with company values, and consistency across channels.
- Partner with leadership to craft and deliver impactful communications on strategic initiatives, change management, and business updates.
- Leverage technology and platforms to enhance communication flow, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for a global workforce.
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Develop and lead cultural integration strategies and plans that align with organizational values, ensuring seamless transitions during mergers and acquisitions.
- Partner with senior leaders to lead change management initiatives and support effective communication across merging entities.
- Design and implement strategies to maintain employee engagement, manage cultural risks, and retain key talent throughout the M&A process.
- Establish KPIs to track cultural integration effectiveness, gather employee feedback, and adjust strategies to promote long-term cultural cohesion.
- Oversee workplace operations globally, ensuring safe, productive, and inclusive environments.
- Partner with Workplace Operations, IT, and other functions to ensure seamless workplace experiences in both physical and virtual settings.
- Lead the development and implementation of workplace policies, ensuring compliance and adaptability to hybrid work trends.
- Continuously evaluate and improve workplace tools, resources, and spaces to meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
- Proven track record of 10+ years in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven people leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor.
- Experience managing workplace operations, internal communications, and implementing hybrid or flexible work strategies.
- Strong expertise in culture-building, change management, and organizational design.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building capabilities across all organizational levels.
- Experience with leading transformational programs.
- Global or regional HR leadership experience in a multinational corporation and/or high growth technology company.
- Certification and/or relevant experience in change management, organizational development, or executive coaching.
- Experience with HR technology and tools for talent management, workplace operations, and communication platforms.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
