We are a leading family and matrimonial law firm with offices in Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Denver and Palm Beach seeking a Paralegal. Our attorneys have been practicing for decades and we provide legal services to a diverse client base. Our firm handles some of the most high-stakes, high-conflict family law matters in the country. Our practice is devoted exclusively to family law matters.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one (1) year of full-time work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or similar.
• Familiarity with family law court pleadings and procedure.
• Detail orientation.
• Pleading drafting experience.
• Client service experience.
• Experience with hourly billing and time keeping.

Duties

• Assist attorneys and paralegals with the preparation of court filings.
• Filing documents with the court.
• Preparation of evidence for trial.
• File maintenance.
• Client service and support.
• Management of accounts receivable.
