Job Details

  • $23-$25/hr
  • M-F no weekends
  • Assist Terminal with OS&D
  • Reviews and investigates overages, shortages, and damages to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
  • Work with customer service
  • Assist Service Center Manager
  • Help with Billing related issues

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years customer service / clerical experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer skills - email, excel, word, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent
