This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day campus operations—covering fire safety, staff onboarding, and maintaining an uninterrupted learning environment.
- Addressing technical problems directly: diagnosing issues, overseeing device transitions, and acting as the primary point of contact for technology support.
- Preparing polished, professional event spaces and guaranteeing flawless execution.
- Cultivating trust among students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Upholding campus safety via robust protocols, regular drills, and comprehensive security practices.
- Instructing students or designing curriculum—your emphasis is on operational excellence, not educational content.
- Following inflexible procedures or waiting for others to initiate action—this position demands proactive ownership.
- Operating in a silo—achievement in this role depends on teamwork and active community involvement.
- Becoming mired in repetitive or mundane tasks—this role provides diversity and substantive challenges.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- Demonstrated capability to solve problems and handle operational logistics confidently
- Working knowledge of IT systems or technical support functions
- Background in customer-facing positions
- Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively in both spoken Spanish and English
- Deep sense of ownership and proactive mindset
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX
- 3+ years in operational management roles
- Background serving as a Google Administrator
- Experience in event planning and execution
