What You Will Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day campus operations—covering fire safety, staff onboarding, and maintaining an uninterrupted learning environment.
• Addressing technical problems directly: diagnosing issues, overseeing device transitions, and acting as the primary point of contact for technology support.
• Preparing polished, professional event spaces and guaranteeing flawless execution.
• Cultivating trust among students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Upholding campus safety via robust protocols, regular drills, and comprehensive security practices.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
• Demonstrated capability to solve problems and handle operational logistics confidently
• Working knowledge of IT systems or technical support functions
• Background in customer-facing positions
• Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively in both spoken Spanish and English
• Deep sense of ownership and proactive mindset

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
