Appointment Setter — Greensboro, NC at Local Concrete Contractor
About The Role
Local Concrete Contractor is hiring appointment setters to canvass residential neighborhoods across the Triad — Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville, introduce homeowners to our driveway, patio, and flatwork services, and book free estimate appointments for our closers.
This is a foot-in-the-door role with a clear path forward. Top setters move into closer seats within 90 days. Territories, scripts, door hangers, and a company jacket provided day one.
What You'll Do
- Work assigned Triad neighborhoods door-to-door — 100–150 doors per day is typical.
- Pitch homeowners on free driveway, patio, sidewalk, and stamped concrete estimates.
- Book appointments directly onto the closer's calendar via app.
- Log every door (no answer, not interested, appointment set) in the CRM.
- Drop door hangers on no-answers, follow up on soft leads by text.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable knocking on strangers' doors and holding a 60-second pitch.
- Sales, canvass, D2D, solar, roofing, or field-marketing background a plus — not required, we train.
- Physically able to walk 8+ miles a day in NC weather.
- Reliable transportation to territory start-points; valid NC driver's license preferred.
- Smartphone for CRM entry and calendar bookings.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation
100% commission — pure performance pay.
- $50 per appointment set that turns into a run estimate.
- $250 per closed job from your canvass.
- Uncapped. Top setters clear $85,000–$120,000 in year one.
Advancement: Prove you can set appointments consistently and we'll pay to train you as a closer within 90 days.
