Join the culinary team at Meridian Restaurant and Bar inside the Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa, a luxury retreat catering to adventure-seekers and the active Pacific NW lifestyle. We are a medium sized restaurant, focused on producing a fine dining experience with all the warmth and genuineness that Oregon is famous for. Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef while overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring quality of food items. The Sous Chef oversees making sure the food served is of top quality. Our Sous Chef’s work with the executive chef with menu planning, special events and inventory. They ensure the kitchen meets safety standards.

• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and recipe execution.
• Show off your passion and knowledge about pairing great food and great beer together.

• Lead and build a collaborative culinary team by directing professional development with active coaching.
• Motivate the team and recognize their success.
• Be our go to person for effective kitchen operations; and
