Trading Intern (Summer 2025)

Your colleagues will include internationally recognized experts in machine learning research as well as highly experienced finance and technology professionals. You will be working with strategies that are at the forefront of machine learning and statistical trading. The strategies have been carefully designed to generate non-correlated returns. Our firm and its strategies are the product of many years of meticulous research and craftsmanship, and you will lead the way in stewarding them for the future.

As a trading intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with machine learning researchers, trading staff, and engineers. You will gain exposure to the full “finance stack," learning about a broad range of areas including the mechanics of institutional trading, market execution dynamics, and more.

Responsibilities

• Shadow trading desks across multiple regions and asset classes
• Learn foundational tools like a Bloomberg Terminal
• Projects building analytics or automation to support the trading desk
  
  

Requirements

• Availability to work a full-time internship during the summer of 2025
• Expected to graduate in 2026
• A passion for financial markets
• Hands-on experience writing code: You have built something significant. You understand how to write modular, maintainable, well-organized, and thoughtfully structured code
• Experience using Linux and analytics libraries in Python or R
• A prior financial internship
