- Execute recruitment plan efficiently.
- Source potential candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screening.
- Follow up with candidate, update and communicate the ongoing process
- Drafting & posting job description/Job posting on various online platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Networking and building a professional relationship with potential candidates.
- Non-IT Industry.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word).
- Excellent record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills.
