Administrative Assistant

Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Telecom Services industry, based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, customer service, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records in the system
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email and phone calls
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, format, and manage documents and spreadsheets
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
• Ensure all scanned documentation is legible, correctly archived, and cataloged
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Follow instructions to work within Excel documents, including creating spreadsheets, formatting cells, and formulating creation
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Telecom Services industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with email correspondence and comfortable using email as a primary mode of communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with scanning documents and maintaining digital records
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
