Job Overview

The Admin Transaction Processing position is critical for ensuring precise eligibility assessments and efficient transaction processing. This role encompasses a proactive approach to work organization, effective prioritization, and adaptability to changes, all while upholding a positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary for the role.
  • Occasionally lift and/or transport items weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Maintain specific vision requirements, including close vision, color perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Accurately process all transactions within established procedural guidelines, with a strong emphasis on error-free work.
  • Achieve or surpass daily productivity benchmarks for each assigned task.
  • Uphold performance standards related to the quality of work.

Required Skills

  • Ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with an adaptable mindset.
  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn company-standard software and PC systems.
  • Robust problem-solving capabilities, leveraging analysis and continuous feedback.
  • Professional demeanor in interactions with colleagues, consumers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in eligibility determination and transaction processing is desirable.
  • Relevant background in administrative or transaction processing environments is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
