Master Scheduler

Opportunity

Basic Function

Develop, maintain, analyze and coordinate the Master Production Plan for Rehlko Power Systems’ Mosel facility and may assist with the schedule in other facilities. Participate in the development of the weekly Sales and Operations Execution meeting materials. Execute the Master Production Schedule to achieve customer service and inventory turn goals. Analyze capacity needs to develop realistic manufacturing schedules and project future demands. Has primary responsibility of top-level supply chain metrics (LOTIF). Works closely with manufacturing facilities outside of Mosel on coordination of material.

Specific Responsibilities

• Create the master production schedule for multiple production lines to support customer service and inventory turn goals.
• Coordinate production changes with Materials and Manufacturing personnel.
• Analyze with Materials and Production Management regarding capacity to ensure realistic schedules that meet our customer service objectives.
• Maintain and control SAP master data for Planning/Scheduling functions.
• Coordinate with Production Schedulers, Engineering Change Board, Purchasing, Manufacturing Sites, Sales, and Marketing to control obsolescence exposure of products being discontinued.
• Works closely with manufacturing facilities outside of Mosel on coordination of material – mainly Changzhou, Singapore, and Brest manufacturing locations.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
• May schedule one or more production lines.
  
  

Skills/Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong familiarity with MS Office Products
• Ability to create dashboards in Power BI preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with production planning systems, such as SAP or Kinaxis
  
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least two to three years’ experience in Master Scheduling and/or forecasting.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  
  

The salary range for this position is $59250 - $74050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
