Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
Ensure that inventory is managed and tracked accurately.
Lead a team to meet productivity goals while maintaining high safety standards.
Coordinate with other departments to meet shipping deadlines and resolve issues.
Implement and monitor processes to improve warehouse efficiency.
Manage equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar leadership roles.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
