Job Description

This person will support project / program managers across the global project portfolio by being responsible for:

  • Setup of new projects / programs including laying out the initial project plan based on approved project requests. This will include working within the project / portfolio management system to ensure project details, milestones, and resources are properly loaded.
  • Ongoing management of key project data based on within project approvals to enable portfolio reporting
  • Ensure proper project closeout activities
  • Partner with project / program managers on key assumptions, establish standards
  • Drive data integrity and quality to enable analytics and reporting.

Skills

  • Data entry
  • Strong Excel
  • Understanding of Project Management
  • Attentive to details (possible Library Science background but not required)
  • Organized
  • Ideally 3-year Project Management Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management.
