Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a superior customer experience to all internal and external customers
- Interacts with customers via telephone or email to provide top-level support and advance information on products or services.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Shipping dates and appropriate order information to customers to ensure order fulfillment and satisfaction.
- Contacts customers to respond to advanced inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Supports inside and outside sales.
- Updates and maintains files, including data entry into multiple systems, for example SAP.
- Fields second-level escalated and advanced customer problems and needs; when the issue is beyond the coordinator’s knowledge, forward it to the assigned specialist or other appropriate colleagues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
- May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
